T.G.I. Friday’s® to open at The BLVD
Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc. Signs Nearly 10,000‐Square‐Feet of
New Restaurant Leases at The Boulevard at the Capital Centre
‐ T.G.I. Friday’s ® to open at The BLVD ‐
Largo, Md. – August 31, 2011 – Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc. (“Inland Western”)
announced today that Capital Centre LLC, one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, signed a lease with
Jackmont Hospitality, Inc., a licensed franchisee of T.G.I. Friday’s®, to occupy the 5,719‐square‐foot
former Uno’s Chicago Grill at The Boulevard at the Capital Centre (“The BLVD”) in Largo, Md. The
restaurant plans to open in the fall of 2011.
This is the second restaurant lease executed by Capital Centre LLC at The BLVD in 2011. In May, the
company signed a 4,050‐square‐foot lease with the new owner/operator of WOW Café and Wingery.
The restaurant reopened under the new ownership in July and now offers outdoor, café‐style seating.
“With its iconic brand, unique dining experience and wide array of menu options, T.G.I. Friday’s® will be an excellent addition to the The BLVD,” said Kenneth Baker, general manager of The BLVD. “The shopping center continues to provide diverse and convenient dining options to the nearby communities, as well as travelers along Interstate 95.”
Centrally located in Prince George’s County, The BLVD is a 485,564‐square‐foot lifestyle center anchored by national retailers DSW, hhgregg, Shoppers World, Sports Authority, and a 12‐screen Magic Johnson theater complex.
